This all levels gentle yoga class is accessible to yogis of all types! Each class has its own unique approach to healing and mindfulness working with pranayama (breath), asana, intention setting, mantras, affirmations, the foundational principles of yoga and Heather's own creative expression of spirit through intuitive wisdom and guidance.

• Bring Yoga Props: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blocks (if you have them), Yoga Blanket or Towel.

Upon arrival take your time to Ground in and Connect with Yourself, the Land, and the Community, allowing Time for Kids to get out some extra energy with some Easter themed activities and Heart Centered interaction, followed by a 60 minute Heart Centered Gentle Yoga Flow. ​
