This all levels gentle yoga class is accessible to yogis of all types! Each class has its own unique approach to healing and mindfulness working with pranayama (breath), asana, intention setting, mantras, affirmations, the foundational principles of yoga and Heather's own creative expression of spirit through intuitive wisdom and guidance.

Bring Yoga Props: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blocks (if you have them), Yoga Blanket or Towel.

Upon arrival take your time to Ground in and Connect with Yourself, the Land, and the Community, allowing Time for Kids to get out some extra energy with some Easter themed activities and Heart Centered interaction, followed by 60 minutes of a Heart Centered Gentle Yoga Flow.

I am a self-taught photographer📷 with a lifetime of experience in taking photos! I got my first polaroid camera when I was 6 years old and I was hooked! Being able to create magic out of thin air was so impressive for me! My pursuit for photography became a natural archive of my life! Grateful for my family in always taking annual family vacations so I could capture the beauty of nature in far away places during a natural rhythm break from life where I could really relax into the peace of the moment, feeling the love from spirit♾ guiding me.

Living on Maui🌈 for 4 years during the pandemic I found solace in nature and peace in the smallest of moments; capturing the pristine beauty of the Hawaiian Islands and Aloha🌴 Spirit!

Full Moon Yoga Flow

Full Moon Yoga Flow is a monthly yoga class specializing in Balancing: Chakras, Sun and Moon Energies, Feminine and Masculine Energies, Right and Left Brain, Central Energy Channels, and the 5 Elements! This class is open to all levels, there will be modifications and advancements to honor all levels of our yogis in class! Each class includes pranayama (breath), dhyana (meditation), asana (movement), as well as a brief astrology update on our current astrological events affecting our energy body.
